说明：
Z308是纯镍焊芯，强还原性石墨型药皮的铸铁焊条，可交直流两用。施焊时电弧稳定，操作方便，焊件可不预热，其是铸铁冷焊焊条中，抗裂性、切削加工性、焊缝强度等综合性能较好的一种焊条。

注意事项：
1. 首先清除焊接部位的油污、砂、水、锈等污物，并视缺陷类型，开坡口、打止裂孔及熔池造型等准备措施。
2. 如填补大的空隙，应先从四周开始堆焊一层，然后向中部逐步填满。
3. 为避免母材熔化过多，减少白口层。施焊中，尽量采用小电流，短弧，窄道，短道，分散分段焊，每段焊道长度一般不超过50mm，待温度降至不烫手时再继续施焊。并且施焊后立即锤击焊缝以松驰应力防止裂纹。
